HOM, Inc. Landlord Support Specialist

The Landlord Support Specialist coordinates several tasks and functions related to the occupancy and participation of program participants in several different HUD housing programs. Rather than managing a caseload of program participants, the Landlord Support Specialist performs specific tasks for all program participants in coordination with the Housing Specialists and other HOM Team members. Program Duties will be segregated and assigned out between Landlord Support Specialists at the discretion of the Landlord Support Supervisor and the Director, Landlord Relations.
